Data is transferred to: Shopify Inc., 150 Elgin St, Ottawa, ON K2P 1L4, Canada.

For data transfers to the USA, the provider participates in the EU-US data protection framework, which guarantees an appropriate level of data protection based on an adequacy decision of the European Commission.

If you contact us via WhatsApp (e.g. regarding an order), we will save and use the mobile phone number you use with WhatsApp as well as your first and last name in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR to process your request.

Please note that WhatsApp Business has access to the address book of the mobile device used and automatically transfers phone numbers to a Meta Platforms Inc. server in the USA.
