3. Hosting & content delivery network Shopify
To host our website and provide the site content, we use the system of Shopify International Limited, Victoria Buildings, 2nd Floor, 1-2 Haddington Road, Dublin 4, D04 XN32, Ireland (“Shopify”).
Data is transferred to: Shopify Inc., 150 Elgin St, Ottawa, ON K2P 1L4, Canada.
All data collected on our website is processed on the provider's servers. We have concluded a data processing agreement with the provider that ensures the protection of our visitors' data and prohibits unauthorized disclosure to third parties.
For data transfers to Canada, an adequate level of data protection is ensured by an adequacy decision of the European Commission.

In order to make an appointment, your first and last name as well as your email address (and telephone number if applicable) are collected and transmitted to the provider in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR in order to ensure effective customer management and efficient appointment management.
After the appointment has ended, your data will be deleted from the provider’s system.
We have concluded a data processing agreement with the provider, which ensures the protection of our visitors' data and prohibits unauthorized disclosure to third parties.
For data transfers to the USA, the provider participates in the EU-US data protection framework, which guarantees an appropriate level of data protection based on an adequacy decision of the European Commission.
5.3 Salesforce
For customer inquiries, we use the email ticketing system of Salesforce.com Germany GmbH, Erika-Mann-Str. 31, 80636 Munich, Germany.
Contact requests via email are stored and organized in the ticket system to enable timely processing and improvement of our service offering. Personal data such as your last name, first name, and email address are collected, transmitted to the provider, and stored there.

5.4 WhatsApp Business
We offer you the opportunity to contact us via the WhatsApp service provided by WhatsApp Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland. We use the "business version" of WhatsApp.
If you contact us via WhatsApp (e.g. regarding an order), we will save and use the mobile phone number you use with WhatsApp as well as your first and last name in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR to process your request.
For general inquiries, we use your mobile phone number used for WhatsApp and your first and last name in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR to provide information promptly.
Your data will be used exclusively to answer your inquiries via WhatsApp and will not be passed on to third parties.
Please note that WhatsApp Business has access to the address book of the mobile device used and automatically transfers phone numbers to a Meta Platforms Inc. server in the USA.
For data transfers to the USA, the provider has joined the EU-US data protection framework.
